How to force exit a software

While using computer we come across so many softwares and use them for our work. Sometimes some softwares misbehave and do not obey the command to close or exit. This happens due to improper software development  [ More information for developers : improper conditions usage, improper memory management, inefficient exception handling ( try, catch, throw)  ] In such situations, use task manager to force exit software so that you can restart the software and use it without any further problem or in some cases where the complete system is hung, this solves the problem. Open task manager. You can do so by right clicking on the taskbar (available at the lower portion of the desktop) or you can use the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Esc to directly open the Task Manager. ( If you are using Windows 8 then click on more details ) In the Applications tab, click on the program that’s not responding (the status will say “Not Responding”) and then click the End Task button. In the new dialog box that appears, click End Task to close the application. If this is also not working then click on the application which is not responding and then click GO TO PROCESS. Now click END PROCESS and this force exit software which immediately closes the software.
